Client Sydney Water / Duration 2012 – 2017
Sewer and Stormwater Rehabilitation Program
Since 2012 we have provided responsive environmental services on the Sydney Water Sewer and Stormwater Rehabilitation Contract.
Our services cover:
- Preliminary and detailed impact assessments, including Reviews of Environmental Factors (REFs)
- Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs)
- Pre & Post-occupation Contamination Assessment
- Flora and Fauna survey

Client Interflow & Sydney Water / Duration 2018 – 2019
Lane Cove National Park REF & CEMP
SPC developed a full Review of Environmental Factors (REF) in NSW National Parks and Wildlife Services format for the renewal of infrastructure within Lane Cove National Park.

Carss Bush Park Foreshore Naturalisation Program
SPC consultant Tom Heath has been responsible for the design and construction of eco-shoreline projects for Georges River Council, increasing habitat complexity and biodiversity.

- Foreshore Concept and Detailed Design Development
